Yoga is a sport that is based on acrobatic positions. These poses help the body muscles contract, relax, and grow in ways that help the body keep a balanced and healthy body. Evening Yoga is a branch of yoga hast makes the body feel better at the end of the day finishing the body’s movement.

Evening Yoga

The bbenefits of evening Yoga lie in the practice of acrobatic movements that make the muscle stronger, stretches the body, and relaxes the stiff muscles parts. For a healthy day body and breath, evening Yoga is beneficial. Start by allocating a half an hour before sunset, for this half an hour try to do the following movements:

Child Pose

Child pose refers to a pose of acrobatic movement that make your body and breath relax and rhythm. It is named Child Pose because it makes you feel that you are a child again. And Just like a child you would use your feet, hands, and body to relax.

Sit on your thighs, feet locked in below thighs, stretch your hands forward, lie down, touch the floor with your forehead, hold and relax.

Cat Cow

Cat Cow is a series of acrobatic movements that move the body and muscles in a way that stretches the body similar to the way a cat stretches its backs and paws. This naming symbolizes harmonious stretching like a cat.

Start by hands and kneels on the ground, inhale, extend you neck up, raise the chin, and flex the stomach down. (Cow). Exhale,raise the abdomen, move the head down and tuck it and flex out (Cat).

Seated Forward Fold

The seated forward fold stretches the west part of the back calming the nervous systems. It gets its name which symbolizes intense stretch of the western part of the body.

Start by sitting on the floor, legs extended straight, inhale, exhale, move your upper body forward and flex down aiming to reach with your hands the feet or shin.

Reclined Spinal Twist

The naming refers to the Lord of Fishes. It is a resolve twist that massages the abdominal areas, relaxes digestion muscles, and stretches the spine muscles, similar to the natural twists in trees roots.

Start by lying on the floor 180 degrees, looking up, take a breath, extend your right arm to the right, opening up your arm and touching the ground with the back of your right hand, let the right knee fall down to the left and tuck it under your left hand. Hold and breath.


Back to 180 degree lying pose, extend your left hand to the left, opening up your arm and touching the ground with the back of your left hand, let the left knee fall down to the right and tuck it in under your right hand. Hold and breath.

Butterfly Pose

Finally relax in the butterfly pose. It is linked to closed shelled a butterfly, or a butterfly that has its wings folded. It is named such following the Indian tradition of sitting to work.


Sit on the floor, holding feet tucked in in the hands, extending hands down pushing the feet, keeping spine straight and stretching the spine up. Hold and breath.
